Mobility, Stability... Recovery.
Physical therapy includes the treatment of disorders of the muscles, bones and joints by means of physical agents —- heat, cold, electrical stimulation, manual joint and soft tissue mobilization, taping, bracing and exercise. Stroke, arthritis, fractures, injuries and nerve damage are just a few of the common conditions treated. Other things we treat are:
Orthopedic - Treatment of muscle, joint and skeletal injuries including neck, back, knees, shoulders, elbows, ankles, wrists, hip problems, and foot issues.
Neurologic - Treatment for disorders affecting the Central Nervous System or Peripheral Nervous System, including stroke, spinal cord injury, dizziness and balance disorders, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and post polio syndrome.
Women's Health - Treatment for incontinence, osteoporosis, pelvic pain treatment, pre and post pregnancy musculoskeletal care, carpal tunnel and repetitive-strain injuries.
Taking the first step – a thorough evaluation.
Your rehabilitation begins with an in-depth assessment of your condition, which helps us set goals for healing your pain. The evaluation includes tests for:

Flexibility
Range of motion
Proprioception
Balance
Reflexes
Strength
Endurance
Joint mechanics
Movement imbalances
The evaluation results help us develop your customized treatment program. We also inform your primary physician, employer, Workers’ Compensation or insurance company, so all related documentation is processed accurately.
When you’ve been injured, the last thing on your mind should be paperwork.
