What is Biofeedback?
Biofeedback is a technique that helps you better learn to control your body’s functions (with body feedback). This feedback helps you focus on making subtle changes in your body, for example, relaxing certain muscles, to achieve the results you want. It is commonly used for reducing pain. Some common biofeedback methods include:
- Brainwave
- Breathing
- Heart rate
- Muscle
- Sweat glands
- Temperature
