Dry Needling is a manual therapy technique that our therapists can use in order to help alleviate pain and dysfunction which helps to reduce any inflammation. Dry needling uses a thin monofilament needle that is “dry” so it does not contain any medication or ointment of any kind.
The most common areas of the body that dry needling can be used on are:
- shoulder
- ankle
- thigh
- lower leg
- elbow
- neck
- lower back
