About Zumbrota Sport & Spine
Matt is passionate about spending time with his patients and educating them on how to treat as well as prevent future injury. He believes the true value of Physical Therapy lies in education, exercise, prevention, and function.
Through guided movement, exercises and activities we aim at restoring your function and reducing pain with a varied of medical conditions, in many cases avoiding expensive surgery and often reducing the need for long-term use of prescription medications.
In the state of Minnesota, you can be seen by a physical therapist directly, without a physician’s referral. Physical therapists are skilled in differential diagnosis of musculoskeletal and movement impairment conditions and are able to recognize if a patient presents with signs and symptoms that are outside the scope of physical therapy practice making appropriate referrals to other medical providers when needed. Some insurances may require an authorization and Medicare requires that the plan of care be signed by their medical doctor. We can assist with these special cases.
